The ScapeGoats team is a squad of strong and healthy male goats with an even stronger penchant for eating. Leveraging targeted grazing practices, our boys generate defensible space through both their grazing and trampling. This reduces ground vegetation and raises tree skirts which is the space between the ground and the lowest tree branches, also known as a “fire ladder.” This clearing action is know as “fire hardening.”
